Back in New York, Irving Klaw introduced fetish digests in the same specialty bookstores, leading to a '60s fetish boom, with Lenny Burtman's \u003ci\u003eHigh\u003c\/i\u003e \u003ci\u003eHeels\u003c\/i\u003e, \u003ci\u003eSatana\u003c\/i\u003e, \u003ci\u003eStriparama\u003c\/i\u003e, and \u003ci\u003eLeg\u003c\/i\u003e \u003ci\u003eShow\u003c\/i\u003e. Sixties freedom spread to England too, where George Harrison Marks launched \u003ci\u003eKamera\u003c\/i\u003e and \u003ci\u003eSolo\u003c\/i\u003e magazines with totally naked models posed to barely hide the banned bits, inventing \"top shelf\" titles: those not on public display.
