Shipping
If placed MONDAY THRU FRIDAY your order will ship within 72 hours of order being placed.
Please check the items you've ordered, if an item is a PRE-ORDER item and is not yet released, your order will not ship until the final item in your order has been released. If you would like to split your order into two separate shipments, please e-mail service@thirdeyecomics.com & our team can invoice you for the additional postage to ship what's available now instead of waiting for the remaining items to come into stock.
We will contact you from service@thirdeyecomics.com to alert you within 24 hours (MON-FRI) of the order being placed if there's ever an issue with an item, be it an item having damage we found during quality control, or an issue with an item not being in stock at our main warehouse & needing a transfer from an alternate warehouse. We will give you the option to wait for us to resolve the issue & ship the item, or to take cancel the order.

Shipping rates are $5 for each package we send!
E-mail service@thirdeyecomics.com. Our team will respond within 24 hours of email being sent if emailed MONDAY THRU FRIDAY. If emailed on SATURDAY or SUNDAY, our team will respond to you Monday morning.
If you accidentally selected store pick-up instead of shipping, please contact us with SUBJECT LINE: SHIPPING NEEDED along with your SHIP-TO address & our team can invoice you for the postage cost to ship your order.
If it's an inquiry about shipping time, please make sure to check the tracking number you were emailed upon shipment, as that can usually provide a quicker answer.
If it's an inquiry about an item damaged in shipping, please provide photos of the item & a photo of the PACKED BY card in your order.
If it's an inquiry about an incorrect or missing item from your order, please include your order #, a photo of the incorrect item, and a description of the correct item, along with a photo of the PACKED BY card in your order.
All comics are shipped in bags and boards
All comics are shipped in a rigid t-fold comic mailer , which may be packaged in a second box with additional packing material depending on the size of the order.
Additional protection is available upon request, please email service@thirdeyecomics.com for additional packaging requests & they can quote you any additional costs incurred to provide.
Yes, we do ship our comics in bags and boards at no extra cost to you.
Once your order has been dropped at the post office & scanned in, we are unable to cancel your order.Â
If it's a holiday where USPS is closed (i.e LABOR DAY, etc), then your order will be shipped first thing on the next business day following.
The only holidays our shipping department are closed are THANKSGIVING DAY and CHRISTMAS DAY, so orders placed on the day prior to THANKSGIVING & on Christmas Eve, will have 1 extra day of handling time added.
Every other day of the year, Third Eye ships within 24 hours. If an emergency (natural disaster, power outage, etc) occurs, our website will be updated to reflect any delay in shipping.
Yes we do! Make sure you select USA as your country for your shipping address, and you'll be charged the normal domestic rate.
We only ship USPS Priority mail to APO / FPO addresses as other options are subject to delays, and USPS PRIORITY MAIL is much quicker.
Yes you can! And, in-store pick-up is a free service, at no cost to you! Just select the Third Eye Comics location for store pick-up in the drop-down menu when checking out.
Our team will contact you via email and phone once your item has arrived for in-store pick-up. Store pick up orders are normally ready within 24 hours for in stock items & on the day of release for pre-order items.
Please note: in the instance where an item is not in stock at a Third Eye location, there may be a delay as the item is shipped from our warehouses or another Third Eye location for you. Our team will contact you via email to notify you of this delay.
When you visit the store to pick-up your item, just let the staffer know your first & last name, and they'll grab your items for you!
Yes we do. Put the forwarding service's address as your order's ship to address. Please be aware that unless your forwarding service opens the package and reports the damage to us before forwarding it on, we are not responsible for any damage sustained in transit.
