Back in the '60s, a cheerleading college shut down after students were skewered like shishkabob by a javelin-throwing madman. A generation later, with the school reopened, a copycat killer stalks the campus, and only a resolute Canadian mountie (Tom Smothers) and his trusty deputy (Paul Reubens) have hopes of stopping the carnage.
