The new double-sided map of Australia introduces unique terrain features, long-distance connections, and regional limitations that force you to adapt your strategies. Spread your network across expansive spaces, navigate coastal regions, and compete for access to key industrial zones. Mastering this new map requires a completely different tactical approach compared to the Saxony base game.

Rail isn’t the only way to move resources anymore. With the new Ship mechanic, players can build and use boats to transport resources more efficiently across coastal routes. Ships offer a faster, more flexible way to expand your energy network, especially when connecting distant cities or reaching Tasmania — the mysterious island where new technological wonders await.
